Control up to 4 Independent Zones & Up to 500 Addresses
|
AirCare Automation adds the multi-zone console to the AirCare family of Consoles. The ACC2 Console is ideal for mid-size cleanroom systems, or for multi-zone environments, where individual control of each zone (i.e. room) is desirable. The AirCare Small System Console intelligently monitors and controls a network of AirCare VariPhaseTM or AirCare ECM Interface Modules that are often used to control FFU Cleanroom facilities. The Console combines a user friendly interface with MODBUS© master capability, so no additional networking components are needed. Unique to the ACC2 family of Consoles is the ability to control up to four zones, and up to 500 addresses from one Console. The AirCare Console is fully compatible with both the AirCare VariPhaseTM line of motor controls, and the AirCare Interface Module (GE-ECM line).
New Features:
- - Wall mount console
- - Motor status monitoring
- - Individual speed adjustment
- - Global speed adjustment
- - Zone set-back speed adjustment
- - Simple user interface
- - Change access level
- - Operate and monitor pressure switches
- - Select speed display (% or RPM)
The ACC2 incorporates a Hi/Lo set-back option to allow for energy savings and extended filter life by setting the cleanroom flow down in a controlled fashion during periods of off-hours. Unique to the ACC2, each zone can be independently set-back. The AirCare remote high-low switch board (ACM1007) allows a simple switch/contact closure to control the Hi/Lo setting for that zone. A Fault Feedback can also be enabled to identify a fault condition, as in using a differential pressure switch across the FFU interface, the contact closure error can be reported at the Consolle. All of this available for just $5.00 per node.Click here for more details.
