ACC1-SP1 Provides AirCare VariPhaseTM Set-Up, Alarm Monitoring & Closed-Loop Control
|
AirCare Automation has added a new Console to its line up of Network Control Consoles: the ACC1-SP1. This new console is designed to provide closed loop control set-up and monitoring without utilization of a PC or MODBUS interface. The ACC1-SP1 eases closed-loop implementation by provideing a menu-driven set-up tool for the AirCare VariPhaseTM line of products.
New Features:
- Activate Anaglog 2 on VariPhase and ECM Interface for Closed loop feedback
- Provides network set-point control from 0-100% of motor RPM
- Adjust PID parameters to improve closed-loop stability during closed loop control.
- Sensor Feedback monitoring on scale of 0-100% for scale of sensor (0-5 volt range)
- Enables the use of an relay alarm module (ACM1009) set delay and trigger points
- Compatible with the AirCare VariPhaseTM line and AirCare ECM interface line of controllers
- Supports up to one Master Interface and up to 24 additional units.
Functions:
VariPhase Set-Up:
- Switch the VariPhaseTM between open-loop and closed-loop control.
- Choose closed-loop tach input or Analog feedback method.
- Adjust PID parameters to optimize system performance.
- Set soft-start profile.
Relay Alarm Module ACM1009:
- Console recognizes relay alarm module is attached and initiates use.
- Console sets high/low alarm trigger levels for out-of-spec alarm.
- Console sets delay time for alarm trigger.
- Console monitors all VariPhaseTM and Interface Modules and triggers alarm as needed.
Closed Loop Remote Monitoring and Managment:
- Single unit set point and monitoring.
- Controls up to 25 addresses (same set point, individual monitoring).
- Displays each unit set-point and the measured feedback signal.
With the AirCare VariPhaseTM , the ACC1-SP1 Control Console, and the ACM1009 Relay Alarm Module, closed loop control of a fan system is now easy to set-up, maintain, and monitor....all at a low cost of implementation.
