  Introducing the new ACM1004
Small Cleanrooms often limit their FFU installations to AC fan driven solutions. Although a DC brushless fan system might be preferred, most DC brushless systems are cumbersome and expensive. While AirCare Automation VariPhase line of controls along with the AirCare Consoles make small AC FFU systems smart at a very low cost, this option is not readily available for the DC brushless system.

AirCare Automation introduces a line of Interface Modules for the GE-ECM motor driven FFU that work in the AirCare Small System platform!! All the features and convenience of the AirCare VariPhaseTM Small System can now be used in with the higher efficiency GE-ECM FFU platform. The AirCare GE-ECM Interface Module consists of a MODBUS interface for up to four GE-ECM Motors. This plug-in system allows systems from 1 FFU to 500 FFU to be intelligently controlled at a low cost.

By adding the versatility of the AirCare ConsoleTM you are benefiting from a simple and economical controller box which allows you to monitor a network of up to fifty units. The new consoles also provide set back provisions to save energy and extend filter life.
