Network Power Supply - ACM1008 |
Board level power supply that provides DC power to the CAT5 cables for GE-ECM system powering. Will power 10-12 ACM1004 boards (40-48 motors) over the CAT5 communication cables along with and ACC1-xx and one ACM1007 board . The unit is open board, needing to be placed in an enclosure and connects to the AC power through an AC transformer (supplied) to hard wire to an AC power source.

Remote Hi/Lo Board Module- ACM1007
|
This board will allow an intelligent controller or manual switch to be used to
control the Hi/Lo status of the ACC1 or ACC2 Consoles. Once the board is inserted
in the network (one per zone) the board then overrides the knob controls and sets
the Hi/Lo status.
Potential uses are:
- Use a manual switch to set Hi/Lo so the user does not have to operate the Console
(it can be closed off)
- Have a PCor other Building Management System (BMS) communicate with the AirCare
Console and control the set Hi/Lo times through its programming (i.e. clock/calendar
of the PC or BMS )

Speed potentiometers come with the matching terminal block for the ACVxxxx family of products to control the units manually or help pre-set the speed through the analog port.

| 8. Cleanroom Demo Systems
|

AirCare Automation makes it simple to evaluate and demonstrate our Small Cleanroom solutions. We provide a low-cost, easy to use demonstration system to evaluate and demonstrate the VariPhase, GE-ECM and Console system products and accessories:
Each Demo System has a 10 address console (ACC1-10) a remote set-back module (ACM1007) and a group of selected VariPhase or Interface boards along with associated CAT5 patch cables. The VariPhase (ACV104x) or ECM interface cards (ACM1004) are configured for the small system control. Therefore will work “out-of-the-box”.
Each Demo system includes: ACC1-10, 1- 10’ CAT5 patch cable, 3’ patch cables for each additional ACV or ACM card. All card are configured and addressed for operation.
