Aircare VariPhaseTM Speed Controllers for Single-Phase AC Motors (PFC & Universal motors) commonly found in Cleanroom Fan Filter Units (FFU's):
These
single phase AC motor control units uniquely combine electronic speed control with network interface built in to allow for remote access and sophisticated speed control and feedback.
- VariPhaseTM units provide electronic speed control to AC blowers so the customer does not need to switch out to expensive and complex DC brushless solution to get speed control.
- VariPhaseTM units provide for Differential Pressure switch and sensor feedback to control speed or provide failure feedback.
- VariPhaseTM units can provide closed loop control from any sensor providing 0-5 volt feedback signal. Especially useful for Differential pressure sensors to maintain pressure levels ans/ot temperature sensors to maintain set temperature.
- VariPhaseTM units can also be driven from ANALOG controls. Any control providing 0-5V or 0/4-20 mA can be used to properly control the set speed.
- VariPhaseTM units have network communications (MODBUS) built in, allowing for remote control and adjustment - cost effectively, even for small systems.
- P" Plug-and-Play .. out of the box performance with little to no technical set-up or peripheral support (NO additional network cards… NO additional power supplies… NO special wiring and set-up)

These units connect up easily to the VariPhaseTM controllers and have easy to use software built in. Units can be controlled from the low cost single address ACC1-1 to a larger system capable of running 500 addresses (ACC2-500). These consoles are sized and priced to meet your system integration needs.
