AC System Control: Intelligent Network System for Control and Monitoring of AC Fan Motors
Cleanroom Demo System: AirCare Automation makes it simple to evaluate and demonstrate our Small Cleanroom solutions. We provide a low-cost, easy to use demonstration system to evaluate and demonstrate the VariPhase, GE-ECM and Console system products and accessories:
Each Demo System has a 10 address console (ACC1-10) a remote set-back module (ACM1007) and a group of selected VariPhase or Interface boards along with associated CAT5 patch cables. The VariPhase (ACV104x) or ECM interface cards (ACM1004) are configured for the small system control. Therefore will work “out-of-the-box”.
Each Demo system includes: ACC1-10, 1- 10’ CAT5 patch cable, 3’ patch cables for each additional ACV or ACM card. All card are configured and addressed for operation.

ACVDEMO002 Demo system - for Single phase AC fan 230 volt (4 ampere rated) 4 ACV1042 provided
ACVDEMO003 Demo system - for Single phase AC fan 277 volt (3 ampere rated) 4 ACV1033 provided
- AC/DC Combination Demo System – for both AC and DC samples for evaluation and demonstration of both baseline technologies:
ACVDEMOAD1 – 2 ACV1041 (115V) and one ACM1004 (4- motor ECM motor) with 2 sets of ECM motor cables
ACVDEMOAD2 – 2 ACV1042 (230V) and one ACM1004 (4- motor ECM motor) with 2 sets of ECM motor cables
ACVDEMOAD3 – 2 ACV1033 (277V) and one ACM1004 (4- motor ECM motor) with 2 sets of ECM motor cables
